Registration
In order to browse this Web site, you do not have to register, but registration gives you access to additional features such a selecting and interacting with a mentor/mentee and leverage mentoring tools. During registration we collect contact information (such as name and email address and you will create a user name and password). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
Optionally, the users may complete a profile questionnaire to evaluate their strengths and areas of mentoring needs. We will also provide an opportunity for participants to get their profile questionnaire completed by peers, supervisors and friends for a 360 degree perspective.
At times, we may conduct additional demographic surveys to better understand our customers. You have the option to provide demographic information (such as income level and gender) to us; when we do conduct these additional information gathering, we encourage you to submit this information so we can provide you a more personalized experience on our site.
All registered users may receive news letters or special deals related information. You will have the choice to opt out of receiving newsletters.
iMantri Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on iMantri.com and other derivative sites. iMantri Inc. collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
Surveys or Contests
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name, email, address), and some demographic information.
We use this information to notify the winners and also better understand our user base in aggregate.
In the future, we may use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests; that company will be prohibited from using our users' personally identifiable information for any other purpose. We will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a contest or survey with other third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice.
Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. iMantri stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us at support@imantri.com to request that we remove this information from our database.

We will occasionally send you information on about various developments and new offerings at iMantri. You can sign up for these emails from us on our registration page or from the offers page.

We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.

We may Share Personally Identifiable Information such as email and name with Third Parties with whom we have partnership arrangements. These partnerships will be with firms and individuals who are involved in provision of mentoring related products and services.

Log Files

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
Our third party advertising partner may employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customer's personally identifiable information.
